CarePro LLC is a Florida Corporation who is licensed and registered by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Division of Health Quality Assurance (License #230417) to provide HOMEMAKER AND COMPANION SERVICES for residents of the state of Florida.
In addition to providing excellent care and services for seniors CarePro LLC also provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and special needs under the Med-Waiver and Medicare program as administered by the Florida State Agency for Persons with Disabilities APD. (Medicaid Provider Number 691403996 and FSL / HCBS Medicaid Provider Number 691403998.) CarePro has been providing services to residents in the Volusia County area of Florida since 2005.
CarePro LLC is certified by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities APD to provide the following services to the participants of the Medicaid Med-Waiver program: IN-HOME SUPPORTS AND SERVICES, RESPITE, TRANSPORTATION, CHORE, COMPANION, HOMEMAKER, PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE, and RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION.
CarePro LLC is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care available to all of our highly valued consumers. It is our mission to at a minimum exceed our consumer’s expectations daily. All our services are provided with consumer choice and comfort the first consideration. Health and safety of the individual is our first consideration at all times.
